The Fox Cities region can be broken down into four main areas:

APPLETON AREA includes the entire city of Appleton. Our main convention hotel and downtown dining and entertainment districts are in this area. Franklin Street Inn is ideally situated in the downtown historical city park neighborhood. The inn is the perfect vacation destination for discovering all the secrets of the Fox Cities. Numerous key visitor attractions are only steps away from the inn.

FOX WEST AREA includes the towns of Grand Chute and Greenville. Located in this area are the Fox River Mall, Wisconsin’s largest concentration of retail shops, and the Outagamie County Regional Airport.

HEART OF THE VALLEY AREA includes the communities of Buchanan, Combined Locks, Freedom, Kaukauna, Kimberly, and Little Chute, as well as the area known as "Darboy"... Located in this area are several riverfront parks, Thousand Islands Environmental Center and many local retailers.

WATERFRONT AREA includes the cities of Menasha, Neenah, and the Town of Clayton. This area contains beautiful Lake Winnebago vistas and many historic homes, as well as some beautiful trail systems.
